- Owners shall provide access to training, equipment, tools and the necessary resources
- Supervisors shall ensure the skills, knowledge and resources provided are applied in accordance with all work procedures
- Workers and Contractors shall apply their training, knowledge and skills using the safety rules and procedures provided and complying with the direction provided by supervisors and owners.
